    The SPP undersubscribed by more than 50 per cent. Only received $3.1 million out of $7 million. Now, it is gradually revealed why XPE did draw down the convertible notes Tranche 1B of $1.3 million. It could be anticipated that further draw down of convertible note facility will be required.
