not sure if its an MOU or binding offtake will see what the announcement is - but generally western offtakes are more valuable (my opinion only) because asian / chinese have a different take on contracts legally and culturally hence it would be enforcable in a western offtake legal system however a chinese offtake whilst legal may actually not be enforceable unless created very carefully with their legal system in mind - see one of my previous posts a good youtube video on dealing with binding contracts in china.

I also think that MNs getting there if indeed it is a binding western offtake is great news for the industry great to see them succeed and us following behind - hopefully a trend will be set and offtake partners will see that its startingto happen and they will start signing the dotted line to compete with their competitors.
