I would say that 5m shares were placed into
freindly hands,maybe to someone who knows
about pending deal.

Recently CEO of UEC sold out some of his holding
at a lot less than they are currently trading, stock retraced for a couple of days then away it went.
Lums retracement may have only lasted a couple of hours

Too hard to be making guesses & there is no future
in fighting the trend
