If the share price spikes for no reason and he can make a buck why not? it was tempting to take the profit, the day traders went mad on it.
Is he to sell at a low and make a loss?
Are you saying he spread some bad info then profited on it?
Being a major share holder I think he should be able to do as he pleases, as long as it’s not before an announcement
