Around 36 odd emails sent out with some direct requests were sent out.
My guess is that many are in the top 50 and I know at least a couple are in the Top 20!!!
Tomorrow I start a new thread Village Meeting at lunchtime (assuming there has been no market update that fully addresses all outstanding issues /developments including the clear recent communications failures*

The Village Meeting will be requesting any and all examples of issues or questions left unanswered by the company that should immediately be addressed by the Board. I will also be asking if the market believes there is any information contained in any market update (assuming there is one) that reasonable should have been released to the market earlier. I will collate all information received & I will be asking for emailed (not public on HC) approx size of shareholdings of individuals. I will then collate numbers and issues.
I will then be initially presenting this to the entire Board requesting a formal response...others may like to request details for and share with remaining TOP 20 shareholders.

That's all assuming they don't miraculously come good ...hmmm....within the next 24 hours. I really hope they are planning one big Fyou release aimed at me that addresses all issues and includes an apology for the media blackout and a fix for the communications (per below) . Lets hope

*including:
1) CEO's keynote speaking at a major international Graphite conference in Germany without a profile picture or profile at all in the conference website
2) Mr Freys continued use of a profile at 2 upcoming conferences that states he is no more than a consultant to Kibaran rather than a Non-Exec Director of our company
3) The companies website being out of date
4) The company failing to communicate to the market in nearly 3 months
