lloyd202710...
I'll admit I have given this one a miss...but it's apparent resilience to falling is prompting me to look a little deeper.
The problem as I see it is one of perception...in short, the results which are claimed to be "high grade" do not in fact appear high grade compared to more well known deposits.
Now...it may well be because of the nature of the particular magnetite bearing materials, containing less impurities and reporting more Fe to recovery...but at a grade of 36%...how does this compare say to less attractive wuality ore, but at grades of 54%+.
This apparent confusion, for me, is what has kept me away from the stock...it may well be my own ignorance, but in my limited research, I have not been able to clarify in my own mind the significance of this ore at 36% versus others at 54%.
Their "target resource" however is interesting to say the lease.
Clearly more going on here to, with uranium, zinc, silver, lead Zinifex agreements, etc...but the initial "doubt" from the earlier claims have left me sitting on the sidelines.
If I can't works it out, I am sure many others would have similar issues?
If someone can explain this for me, I would be very greatful...how does 36% "premium ore" compare with say normal direct grade shipping ore of some 54% in an economic sense?
Convince me and I may buy some stock!
Cheers!
