    SJB...i got what you meant as i was querying where the description of the mining consultants as being "world class" came from.....

    Perhaps this is your description.  Nevermind, i wish you all the best with your investment.

    I fear that any potential JV arrangement will be heavily dilutionary to existing shareholders particularly when coupled with this capital raising.  While the company may survive for a period as a result its potential to provide a return on investment to the existing shareholders seems, imo, to be substancially diminished.
