Apollon, the great news is that I haven't sold one share yet - I just continue to buy more when I have saved the funds.
It is great to know that the company is about to spend more on further exploration in the RJMF over the next 5 years than the company was valued at by the market less than two years ago. Plus we also have the U, NSW and Peru to give us some further excitement along the way.
The capital value of the shares now underpins a large loan that I am happy to manage as I know the CMR share price will continue to grow at a faster pace than the interest rate on the loan.
And within a year or so, I expect that the dividend cheques for the next 20 plus years will pay off the loan repayments, plus some left over for holidays and the good life. And I will still own my shares.
Who needs an allocated pension when you own CMR shares?
I just hope that the sharks go away.
