    every business has unhappy customers.
    I personally know a lot of happy customers of TPG, iiNet, and Internode.
    I also know a lot of people unhappy with Telstra and Optus. I also know a few happy customers with Telstra and Optus.
    I've seen police called to the local Telstra shop because of an unhappy customer screaming at them due to the treatment she alleges occured.
    Doesn't mean anything to the share price.
