Directors selling shares

letstryagain is on the money .The price of SMN was pumped and Directors sold shares.There is many a trader will move on from a share when they see directors cashing in at high prices. There is an old saying but true 'Any doubt get out"The fact is SMNN needs cash and one has to ask why they did not try to raise capitol at a higher price.Instead when the price was high they said we wont need cash in the forseeable future. Only time will tell at what price they capitol raise but from my experience the price goes up for the Dump and then the price comes down for the Cash raise.
