Personally , I think the timing of the CR really needs an explanation from Mgmt. As @stormer rightly points out, the dilution at this price was crap! Something like that anyway. I intend to email Kathy H asking for an explanation of the timing. Will it matter? Not really but IMO I think SH are owed one especially since in recent interviews, it was ruled out.
Also, thank you for extract of the new info from the presentation. The words which were bolded are of high interest to me. Another set of reasons that if things are going so well IMO then why CR right now?
