i just rang them- spoke to mathew who was very helpfull and will send info out to me- said he has been getting heaps of phone calls
i am a shareholder of etrade- but not happy
every second day problems- all they keep doing is sending survey at end of each day-
etrade technical support asked me today if i was using new web site- i reminded him in no uncertain terms that everyone is redirected to OLD site- shows you how little they know-
