Also busdy, took me about 4 days after the LOI came out to figure Mingrui was a shady group.
They had no cash.
They were in the middle of a corporate consolidation of some sorts... who the f$#@! really knows.
And they have made offers to GXY AJM PLS and BGS at thr same time.
Then i started selling down.
So did other various shareholders in the top 5.
Buyers have reappeared now at 33.5 cents, page-93
