Did you actually look at RBD? They acquired 42 KFC stores in NSW a couple of years ago. More recently they acquired 37 Taco Bell and 45 Pizza Hut stores in Hawaii, Guam & Saipan. Forecast FY17 NPAT is +28%.
It would be in CKF's interests to open discussions with RBD soonish looking at the way the SP is heading.
