I think you've read the tea leaves with a lot of accuracy. Nearly everyone I've talked to hasn't taking it up yet self included. I think a lot of people are maybe still dirty about the major sell off leading up to the suspension. Hopefully they can pull a rabbit out of the hat sometime in the next few weeks. What a mess this has turned into.
