Instead of waxing lyrical with some dodgy, half baked, self-serving pseudo philosophy... try sticking to the simple facts. The current management were pinged by the Takeovers Panel for hiding the true extent of their ownership of SOC/4CE. Why did this management hide the facts? Because it gave them an unfair and dishonest advantage over other people. The current management are all ex-stockbrokers ... they knew full well what they were doing. Spare us the sophistry....
