OB,
It amazes me that the amount of sheet is that is thrown towards MZN's management on how incompetent they are from KDR SH, but I'm a holder of both stocks and you need to have a good look at both boards and then you may vent some anger towards KDR's board and work out why they are in this position?
You may have got it all wrong,
Old Joe might have been very patient with the Forger and the boys from Melb as they were new to the game and probably did not know what a pegmatite was and may have not realised that in this day and age agreeing to a deal is a deal even via email, like a shake of the hand as we use to do and was binding on our word, but what deems to be a binding agreement in the hi tech world is all new to me, and Old Joe might not of realised until the legal eagles pointed out the facts of the new tech age to what constitutes a binding agreement, but I will let the courts decide.
You may be right that the Lawyers have him hoodwinked into paying huge fees, but Joe did not come down in the last shower and would of needed a lot of convincing to take the case forward so I don’t think so.
So in effect it could be deemed that KDR have held up MZN’s progress to advance the exploration of the pegmatites that they claim the rights to and MZN as may have decided to drill Bounty, POW, Texas or somewhere else before Earl Grey as they might be of a higher grade or a lot closer to surface, but anyway they have held back the SP of MZN to a major degree.
With Leigh Betternay on board they would have a good chance as he is in the top of the tree with Mark Calderwood and Bryan Smith, those three guys know their pegs in WA better than anyone especially between Coolgardie and Ravensthorpe.
So this scenario if it came to fruition we would not see the demise of MZN as many passionate holders of KDR have expressed over the last few months which I shook my head at every time I read a post as it will never happen, you think that these guys are not well connected & funded then think again, but the boot may be on the other foot, not that I think KDR will go under far from it, but they are not going to see any funds from MZN it looks like one way traffic in my opinion.
KDR will want this to go away and get on with business as usual and depending on how strong a case the emails and phone calls have will determine on how far each party takes the matter forward
Time and the courts will decide.
Cheers BK
