You are forgetting another important factor: dwindling supply of cobalt globally and its importance have only been recently highlighted. Global factors will affect this price as usual as it does to iron ore, gold, zinc, etc
EQU has risen as it is in a position to emerge as a strong player in a very lucrative market.
