    As previosly alluded to:

    From HY07 GBST presentation:

    GBST’s proven technology platform allows it to pursue growth opportunities in overseas markets, as well as those associated with changes in regulatory environments around the world.

    Does sound quite similar to ITE's operating environment.

    GBST is beginning to incorporate more risk management into their software solutions too. ITE seems like a very good fit for them.
