Olipoker, Aston paid for shares in PAA in the recent rights issue. He actually put in $268,657.40! So your post is not correct. PAA seems to be suffering from ongoing selling from the previous direct (Morris). Apparently should be gone soon and could jump.
Also these 500,000 Shares have $0.13 owing, so poor old Roger is not in the money just yet.
2017 could be his big year. Also Kenny and Roberts have loan funded shares at the last placement price of $0.22, so expect big things this year IMHO.
