Denis McInerney
Denis McInerney is the founding dealer principal of McInerney Ford, a leading motor dealership in Western Australia.
At various time over the years Mr McInerney has served as a director on several publicly listed mining companies.
He has taken a leading role in a number of major sporting organisations and is currently chairman of the West Australian Sports Centre Trust. He was a founding partner in the West Coast Eagles AFL Club and is currently number one ticket holder at Claremont Football Club.

David J Drewett, JP
David has had an association with the Mining Industry for over 20 years. During the 1980’s and 1990’s he worked for the W.A. Fire Brigades Board, being a specialist in Hazardous Chemical recovery and Emergency Rescue extrication. During this period David traversed Western Australia, training mining personnel in many facets of Emergency and Safety protocols. The last decade has seen him manage his own private company consulting on a diverse range of areas that impact the industry. In 1997 David was elected to the Vincent Town Council as a councillor and subsequently became the Deputy Mayor, 2000 — 2003. During his time on council he was a member of the WA Mosquito Control Board, Chairman of the Board of Leederville Gardens Retirement Village. Inc. Deputy Chair of Mindarie Regional Council, Deputy Chair of FESA, a Fire Consultative Committee and a founding Director of Bendigo North Perth Community Bank. A vast knowledge of corporate management and the fiduciary responsibilities of a director was gained during this period.
David has qualifications in Political Philosophy, Fire Engineering Management and is a Justice of the Peace.
His civic involvement was recognized in 2003 with the awarding of an Australian Centenary Medal for his contribution to Australia.
Mr Drewett has not held any other Directorships in listed companies in the last 3 years.

John Geary was born and educated in Perth Western Australia. He has over thirty years experience in the mineral exploration industry both in Australia and overseas.
His experience includes prospecting, tenement acquisition, owner/operator of a contract drilling company and the promotion, listing and management of an exploration company on the Australian Stock Exchange. He has been actively involved in the planning and implementation of many exploration programmes.
This 'hands on' experience is complemented by Tertiary qualifications in Economics and Financial Management, Accounting and Taxation.

Neville John Bassett, B. Bus, CA
Mr Bassett was appointed company secretary on 16 March 1999. A chartered accountant with over 25 years experience. Mr Bassett has been involved with a diverse range of Australian public listed companies in directorial, company secretarial and financial roles.
