MGC value buy!!!

I have recently completed an evaluation on MGC and have taken a position in them as my valuations to price ratio have MGC trading at a large discount to valuation. I post occasionally and try to base my optimism for stock on facts rather than hope. Just thought I would share my thoughts on MGC.

The three month average price for Whole milk powder has been approx. US$3400 tonne this is the best three month average since July 14.

The three month average price for butter has been approx US$4300 tonne this is the best three month average since March 14 and almost at all time highs.

Based on last financial years dividends of .074 cents dividend per share 100% fully franked at current prices .97 cents this represents a 7.6% ROI tax paid.

MG are set to report a far better outcome this financial year....

In the six weeks prior to the EX dividend date in September the shares gained approx 20 % in value.

I can see MGC being $1.20 - $1.30 at the beginning of March creating substantial value in the next 5 - 6 weeks.
