Not over 10 years, and the pre-LIC version of HML had an extremely low FUM. Of couse the biggest problem with HML is the extreme lack of liquidity. Imagine putting a relatively large sum into HML, geting the funds back out again would be extremely difficult. Also quite risky from a single-manager perspective.
