Or it could be just as simple as FAR having only just recieved it's final installment of the 3D ( if it has yet) and is quite happily analyzing it will tne Govt. gets round to giving it's approval.
TRACE have done their bit by finding a JV partner and FAR have done their bit by doing the 3D required for the JV to proceed, they now await the Govt to do it's bit and they can go happen slowly..
I can't see where TRACE is up POO creek , FAR can't just withold the 3D info from TRACE when it's completed there will be obligations built into the agreement surely...
