    I mentioned a possible outcome like this some time back and mentioned trying to put shareholder safety fences into the transaction, one being that MMJ directors not able to own shares in the new entity to ensure that they continue to work in best interest of existing MMJ holders but I was largely ignored and there was very little discussion on the subject. Instead it was just up up and away.
