Keep in mind that a capital raising and issuing of additional shares will dilute the SP.
It happens all the time.
Just that they are doing it at this moment that makes it look more annoying than if they left it for a couple of months, but that would only benefit the shorts.
For the longs, it's probably better now than later and I imagine well within compliance with regulatory requirements, terms & conditions of the sale.
Waiting to see if we get an announcement & what slant is put on it.
We are all getting anxious but hang in there, have faith and hope we can all have smiles on our face in a couple of months.
