oec only going one way and thats up, any one with a slight knowledge of this company will no that is only one of a small number of companies that can make a true difference to the efficency of cars and bikes.
Every day there is talk of global warming on the new.
Oec is long due for an announcement about signing contract with car company, dont no why it has not been released yet or a market up date.When they do release it $2 a share will look cheap.
