It would be sad if we were to lose Keith under that scenario. That being said it is about maximising potential and we have 2 proven assets.
Sometimes, unfortunatley you have to be a shark or hire sharks if you want to go from the pond to the ocean and Michael Langford with James McKay would be the sharks I want Directing a company that I have pretty much all my money in.
