They stumped up a billion for Uranium 1 amid the fukishima crisis, as far as east and west offtakes go. I think we dont have any dramas with russia like we do with China.

To further that, I'm pretty sure Japan, korean etc arent western offtakes but we all would of been more then happy with them.

It would seem to be honest with regards to offtakes we want non chinese, therefore perhaps Mike when stating western really meant non high risk low value chinese??
