    Jan 30 (Reuters) - Environmental Group Ltd (EGL)

    • Received confirmation that ASIC has received a complaint about EGL
    • EGL has not received any formal communication from ASIC concerning complaint
    • Alleges there has been a "serious fraud" involving payments totaling $400,000 made by unit of EGL (Baltec IES) to an Indonesian unit
