based on the figures they have released the new shares will be valued at $2.25 (if my calcs are correct) so the market cap should be close to exactly the same as what it is now...

1.38 is a little over 60% of 2.28 and we get 40% of the new entity... so nothing is changing with regards to the entities market cap, we just have 40% of the shares we had before, and a lump of cash, and the new partners have the other 60%...

Would have been an ok buy at $2.14 for the brief period it traded at that this morning :)
