IMF is an international law suit funder. An Australian law firm will have to run any action. They have to find affected investors, then prove to the balance of probabilities that Spotless retained price sensitive or market sensitive information both to the disadvantage of the investor and in a dishonest manner. If the law suit goes ahead and they lose, they pay Spotless costs.

I can see a natural timeline of fair announcements and remember a company has no control over its share price, particularly in the short term. I'm more interested in the 1H results than this.
