its best to hear from the Company so all shareholders can have an objective view. I encourage it. We want people to have an informed view so they can send their votes where they best see fit... its just a process. Remember, most work is consulted here, the SS will come, the PFS will still get done, the assays will still come, the asset wont disappear... theres a view out there that the 2 at the top need to change... that is all.

Il admit, KJ was disappointed that we are proposing the removal of 2 of his friends/colleagues that he has a long history with... I would be too...

but this is a shareholders event. I have been approached by many asking, what is going on? as they know I have been with the Company for such a long time... after 4 years of being Yay to WW and HB, the assets capability needs to be released...

Management may say there is stuff we dont know, which im sure there is...but KJ will still deliver on their behalf as he remains and is the Ace to our hand.... the way I see it though... hear from everyone that you can....be fair.... get as much information as you can for you to make an objective, unemotional decision.... but when you cut out all the ins and outs of everyone... for me at least,

Its as simple as this...

put WW and HB in your left hand.... put ML and JM in your right....

one hand weighs a lot heavier than the other....

now with KJ leading the ship... WOW...

analysts can tick the management box... arguably THE most important criteria to tick when deciding "where do I put my money"...

I wonder if insto's are struggling already to tick that box already... the SP stagnation for me at least suggests so.

ML and JM have financial fund connections too I believe...

I want to stress, this is not a personal thing, I am sure WW and HB are fantastic people, but this is a shareholders market and trust me, theres a big voice out there that needs to be heard....
