Yes, that is what I thought but that is usual practise for the ASX. Nothing sinister in that whatsoever.
The only sinister stuff is the actual speculation from StreetTalk that was as I understand it a concocted alternative news story based on ALV's CEO Bate meeting Neal last year, but that happens every year without any TO bid obviously.
