    I can't imagine it being too difficult for a company with a 300m market cap to raise cash?

    Unless you are talking about financing, but the way ive read your post it seems you are talking about ongoing cash in bank? Doesn't seem to dire to me? I'm sure there are many retail holders and instos willing to jump in on a CR if necessary.
