Well, you were correct with your statement above. As per PLS,s corporate announcement BHP and Roy Hill have given their consent to cross their rail lines.
It seems that FMG are playing hard ball as you advised, now since you are the man in the know, can you advise on the following?
Did FMG seek permission to run their rail line directly through one of PLS tenement, or was the line there before PLS owned the land?
Can PLS attempt to stop the train traveling through their tenement if they don't come to the party ?
Worst case scenario, if FMG do not budge what is to stop PLS re routing their road and crossing the FMG line on the PLS tenement?
Just for those shareholders that are not aware, PLS own at least 2 Tenements in the Pilbara and the tenement I am referring to above is not the one with our large deposit on it.
