QANTAS Frequent flyer ANZ Black card. Worth it?

Hi,
Just wondering what people's opinions are on the QANTAS frequent flyer program (just became a member) and whether it is worth going as far as to get an ANZ black frequent flyer card. The card costs about $400 per year. Note, in my new job I will be travelling once every week or two, domestically and internationally.

Also, what's everyone's opinion on the QANTAS lounge? Again, is it worth the $400 a year?
