The coming dilution is more than acceptable! Remember those shares will only be issued to Cienega if we get the key areas of the VGP (I'd say Nyakafuru and other deposits). Over 1moz alone here across these deposits, with Resolute reporting actual ore reserves. Do the math. This project is a company maker and well advanced.

Also keep in mind that the chances are those additional issued shares will all go to Resolute given this agreement they had with Cienega upon "giving up" these Tanzanian assets:

"Resolute has entered into an agreement (“the Agreement”) with Cienega S.A.R.L. (“Cienega”) whereby Cienega will, subject to satisfaction of various conditions precedent, acquire Resolute Pty Ltd for nominal initial consideration and deferred consideration equal to 50% of the proceeds of the sale of any mineral rights, related physical assets, and other specific legal actions"
