On second read of the announcement I see that the same security has been provided by the company (assigned).
I hope this is not a backdoor way, whereby the lender can pull the finance, company can't pay or get alternate funding and then the creditor Shrimpton Holdings gets the underlying assets of the company.
Presumably this would never happen.
