The big variable which was always going to cause uncertainty around a decent valuation for AIM was going to be the price they receive for their concentrate. Whilst I had full confidence in the project I was starting to get a touch concerned that zinc would struggle to break through resistance at 3510 per tonne (which it seems to have breached substantially). Needs to go through 200 day MA at 3,626 to prove this break.
All starting to look good for a decent off take and re-rating by the market. Next week will be a telling time with the Chinese New Year finished. We should see some clearer indications of what the caper is with these guys …
