State forests in NSW are already under the abatement scheme. Beattie just put through a private members bill a few days ago for their own carbon emissions scheme and soon we will have a national one IMO once Howard's committe reports. Carbon trading must be achieved to support the nuclear fuel industry in Australia - this has already been reported upon. Co2 are accredited and proven. Their IP will be enormous.
