    So, my understanding is that 12.87M options have been issued as shares to the holders who converted them out of a total of 56.75M options available.
    Therefore, the underwriting agreement announced on the 19th January meens that Barclay Wells and BW equities will auqire the short fall of 43.88M shares @ 6c = $2.63M?
