Funny how we see things differently. I see the trolling as vindicated the PASS viability.
The Trolls alerted us to "why" NAGs wasn't getting PASS from Construction Sites & "why" NAGs is likely to get it in the future.
Couple this with EPA getting greater authority & greater funding and we have a New Day emerging for PASS Management in Vic. It all plays into NAGs hands IMO - NAGs being the answer.
