I will try to explain in better. Why would the Russian company help fund MNS without any due diligence on other offtakes when MNS needs the battery end user offtakes to make it a viable project. I am sure the Russian company will not throw money at a company without assurances as to how the business model stacks up for MNS. The business model includes selling battery end user graphite so I would understand that the Russian company will need to do its due diligence on other offtake agreements before throwing money down the drain on building a mine just to find out the offtake agreements aren't worth what they were verbally told.
