I admit the action I took may in fact be an over reaction.
Time will be the best measure of this.
I'd rather over-react than do nothing and regret it later.
That is in fact what fullguy alerted me to.
Hopefully - if these two and others that any investigation that may occur uncover - are then observed and evaluated - then their risk has been addressed and dealt with.
