If the shares are held on Chess (broker sponsored), it can be done electronically by contacting your broker.
If the shares are Issuer Sponsored, contact Argo as they run their own registry services. They will get you to fill out the 'Australian Standard Transfer form'
Three points to remember
1) Its a Capital Gains event
2) You may choose (within reason) any price ARG traded at in the Financial year of the share transfer
3) A fee may apply with your broker (depending on your powers of presuasion), and not sure what Argo do
