TJW.........I agree with you, on the litigation and believe Biota have a strong position. In one way its ended up, at a criticial time when GSK should be promoting Relenza with the emerging Bird flu, they are hiding so much information and as you said the US Government and the WHO are promoting Relenza far better than GSK.
I think I need a rest from all this research as I am reading things into articles, I have read in other places, such as the article on inhalers, I had read somewhere that Relenza might be repackaged, that was one of the points in Biota,s case.
Think GSK are just going to fight on in this manner, until their backs are up against the wall and they don,t have any other way to go than to settle, they certainly are churning out Relenza, I,m sure its a lot more than the public know.
