Peak hour is not one hour it runs over about 3 or 4 hours and you would probably know that if you drove a car in a major city.

Insurance premiums have gone up not down and if you owned a car you would know that.
Registration has also gone up immensely.

In general I think you lack the driving knowledge to be making these claims but that is just my opinion.

I think this whole subject has taken up way too much time so Ill sign off.
