I am not selling as I am already down 90% and will give them the benefit of the doubt to see if they make money as a private company and do right by all share holders as they go along. The problem will be selling your shares once they delist.
My out will be an off market transfer of my shares if they dont perform or I make a killing and need to use my capital loss against a capital gain.
