    I acknowledge that there are plenty of frustrated holders who were hoping for more clarity on their business activities and higher revenue to date.

    I would like share my views based on the keeping it simple philosophy.

    Progress from June to December 2016.

    1. Proof of concept and trail period complete.
    2. Updates completed to iron out the bugs
    3. IOS release finalized in late December
    4. Gaming companies and content providers signed to participate in the trails.
    5. OTT focus amplified
    6. Experienced management added to the team
    7. Access to over 350m mobile phone users in India and the US.
    8. Available funds to execute plans
    9. White label products being rolled out in the current quarter

    Let's put Freeway into context.

    The IOS release in late December is the key stone in bringing everything together.

    It has allowed Tata and Verizon to add Freeway to their product offering.

    It has provided live data and proof of concept for the backend and billing requirements for the OTT content providers.

    Freeway will be the Trojan horse for OTT.

    OTT is full steam ahead.

    The trail basis for Freeway in the December quarter makes sense. It has provided the users and content providers the ability to engage. The more content you provide, the more users you attract. The more users you have, the more attractive it is to content providers. The larger the user base the more you can charge content providers. Take it to the bank.

    I encourage everyone to look at the bigger picture,

    The cash burn is low and the business model is crystal clear. The business is duplicataple and has huge scale with the cost of operating the business extremely low.

    Think of the impact that Netflix and Apple TV have had to data usage. The data usage at my house went up 10 for fold. It's the same for mobile.

    Syntonic are offering content providers the ability to cut out the middleman (The Telco) and go directly to the consumer without relying on the telco.

    I currently pay $80 month for the data at home to access a $10 month service with Netflix.

    The opportunity here is huge.

    Video, gaming, content and augmented reality. The demand for data will only increase.

    Take it to the bank.

    Watch out for the Key Reversal.
